Vienna IV 2022

Since 2011, Debattierklub Wien has been the host of one of the biggest international annual debate BPS tournaments in continental Europe. Over 200 debaters from the whole globe travel to Vienna each year to compete in five rounds for a chance to advance to the final rounds.

Over the years, the VIV has steadily grown in popularity, which enables us to provide high-quality accommodation, stellar CA-teams, and a beautiful location for the final rounds.

After a two-year, Corona-induced hiatus, the VIV is finally coming back in 2022. We are looking forward to hosting 80 teams in Vienna between May 13th and May 15th. The final round will be held in the ceremonial hall of the University of Vienna.
